Today we reflected carefully in our class worship. This is a special time to come together and lead our own worship.
Gather
To begin, we gathered together by ‘being still.’ The quieter we became the more we heard.
Word
Today’s reading was from Matthew 11:25-30. This message told us that when we are worried or have lots on our mind we can find comfort in Jesus as He will give us rest.
Response
We played quiet music, put on candles on the prayer table and spent some quiet time reflecting on this message together.
Mission
To take this message away with us we are going to thank God for our day, knowing we can always come to Him.
Today I really enjoyed class led worship and the best part was when
we lit candles and put calm music on. It would be so good if we could do it again before the summer holidays!
