Class Two have thoroughly enjoyed Enterprise week!
It has been a busy week of planning, designing, making and selling our Magic Wand Reading Pointers!
We started our week by designing our product logo. We had to think of a design that would be colourful and attract people to buy our product. We chose the colours yellow and purple and came up with a company name called Super Stars Creation.
Next we worked on our advert. We had to create an advert to tell people about our Reading Pointers and what you could use them for. We thought carefully about the word ‘persuasive’ in our English lesson and learnt some new vocabulary to use in our writing. After writing down our ideas, we filmed our advert! After that, we took orders on our special order form from other classes. In our Maths lesson, we learnt all about coins and recognised how much each was worth. This helped us when we were adding up our orders.
Finally we made our product! It was fun painting our Reading Pointers and sticking lots of gems, stickers and glow in the dark stars on!
We have definitely built up our resilience by overcoming lots of different challenges throughout the week!
