We have all enjoyed #helloyellow day in Year 6. 

We know that our mental health is very important. All of us experience different feelings at different times. There is a normal range of emotions that we will all experience at different times in our life. Sharing our feelings can ease our worries and give us solutions to a problem.

We  shared our ideas and then wrote our own ‘top tips’ for looking after our wellbeing.

    all of our top tips are very useful and you should use them when you are angry/anxious.
