In our Shared Reading sessions, we have been looking at a really interesting text called ‘The Street Beneath My Feet’. We have learned all about various things under the ground, from the formation of stalagmites and stalactites to understanding different rock formations! We have worked really hard using our retrieval skills to answer some really tricky questions all about the way granite, peat, and coal are formed.
We know that these concepts are really complex and can be quite difficult to understand, but we have shown great perseverance and resilience when it comes to our learning.
