In Religious Education we have been learning about the features of a Church. We learnt special names such as, pulpit, lectern, altar, pew and stained glass window. We can identify where these are in a Church. We have also learnt about the special jobs people do in the Church, including the cleaners, flower arrangers, Extraordinary Ministers and Greeters.
Today we had the task of creating a feature of the Church using Lego. We then came together to make our own Church using our models and discussed our creations.
Well done Year 1! It was a very fun lesson. I hope you enjoyed it and learnt lots!
