We hope that you are all enjoying the summer holidays and having a well deserved rest. Please remember that we are still here for you and we will be monitoring the online Worry Box Blog if you want to get in touch.

You are not alone and we can always find comfort in our faith.

“Holidays offer a time to rest and to restore the spirit, especially through a more quiet reading of the gospels”

Pope Francis

If you do not have your Bible with you, you can read past copies of the Wednesday Word and remind yourself of some of the key messages. You can also comment on the Wednesday Word Blog.

It is really important to continue to work on your wellbeing and we have lots of ideas on our Wellbeing pages.

Some more ideas can be found on Dr Alex George’s ways to wellbeing  website, which further builds on the strategies we have already been working on in school.

If you try any of the wellbeing strategies on these pages please let us know what you find helpful.

If you have any other suggestions, please do share!

And if you ever feel alone, just say our school prayer and stay connected with our school family.
