Year 4 would like to say a massive thank you to the St Vincent’s Parents Association for organising such a wonderful Christmas fair for us today!!!
We began the morning by making some beautiful crowns with elves, candy canes, gingerbread men, pompoms and all of the other glittery stickers we could wish for! We wore these around school all day, dripping glitter and sparkles wherever we went.
Later we really enjoyed making bees wax candles, it was a little tricky at first but we loved warming up the wax and rolling it with our hands. The candles were of all different shapes and sized and we couldn’t wait to take them home wrapped in their beautiful red ribbons.
We also had a mini competition at the end with a bean bag throw and everyone won a prize!
The whole class and the teachers are so grateful to the SVPA for all of the time, effort and love they put into planning such a fantastic morning for us.
We are definitely in the Christmas spirit now!
