Good morning Year 1.

Every morning I will be posting 2 Maths No Problem worksheets. These are from the Maths No Problem website. Today we will be doing some worksheets from Workbook A (Yellow book). Chapter 9 Length and Height. Pages 153-160.

Do not worry if you have already completed the sheets before at school. We are reviewing our learning at this point of the year and it is important to keep practising important skills.

I would like you to work out the answers to the maths questions in your yellow home learning book. If you have any questions, or you are stuck, write a comment below on this blog and I will help you.

Parents have access to the Maths No Problem pages so please mark your child’s work once they have completed them. The answers can be found on the Maths no Problem website.

Tuesday’s maths activity:

Measurement (Length and Height)

LO: I can compare length and height using key words

We can also measure length using things like paper clips, stones, sticks or other objects.

Try the Guided Practices before completing the worksheets.

Use these words: taller, longer, shorter
