Good morning Class 4,

It is beautiful and sunny outside today.

We are starting a new text in English. If we were at school we would be beginning our Shakespeare project but unfortunately we can not do the Shakespeare project right now. However the people at the Primary Shakespeare Company have made some fantastic resources for us to use so that we can still learn through one of Shakespeare’s fantastic stories!

We will be looking at The Tempest.

Some of you may have read this story, try not to tell any one else in the class what happens!

You need to click this link and ask an adult to log you in with an email address and click on Part 1: Prospero’s Library.

Here you will find a short video about the first part of the story. Then do the quiz to check you understood what happened so far.

When you have done that, come back to this blog to complete the comprehension sheet below.

On this website you will find lots of resources which we will be using in the coming weeks.

It all looks very fun so I am sure you will enjoy it!
