desert helped Jesus?

I think spending 40 nights and 40 days in the desert helped Jesus because he could pray without anyone disturbing him and he could
reflect and think about the right things to do.

40 days in the desert helped Jesus to trust God, because God protected him.

I think spending forty days and nights helped Jesus because he could pray in peace without anyone disturbing him.

I think spending 40 nights and 40 days with nothing and no one is good because Jesus can reflect and think about his disciples in peace.
I think that for 40 days he was helped by faith and trust in God.
