What do you love about reading?

I love reading (but I didn’t always!). I used to find it a bit boring and I would get distracted all the time and just want to wander off and do something else. However…once I found books that suited me, I found that I loved reading! As a teenager and now an adult, I look forward to opening up my book after a long day and finding out what the characters get up to next!

What is your favourite book of all time?

That’s a tricky question but if I had to decide, I would probably say ‘Matilda’ by Roald Dahl as that was the first book I read that I couldn’t put down. It was the first book that I read that made me excited to read. I love that Matilda is a strong willed girl who seeks revenge!

Is there an author that inspires you?

Again, a tricky question! I’ve had a think and I’ve decided that the author A.A Milne inspires me as the words in his Winnie the Pooh books inspire me. My favourite quote is:

“How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.”
    —Winnie the Pooh

    Hi!,
I have two favourite books: Wonder by R.J. Palacio and also Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. They are two books which really got me hooked!

The thing I love most about reading is that you can explore magical worlds and creative fantasies whenever you want. I love the feeling when you are absorbed in a book and you just can’t stop reading!

I love the fact when you read a book, you can relate to certain characters . Also, when reading a book, you feel that you are in the scene with the characters.

What is your favourite book of all time?
