Class 5 have been working so hard on their writing this week.

We wrote some setting descriptions about a forest as our class text, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, mostly takes place in a forest.

We used engaging vocabulary, relative clauses and our senses to create detailed setting descriptions.

Some of us volunteered to read our work out and we all enjoyed hearing each others wonderful work. Next time we write a story, we will try to include all we have learnt and make sure we describe our settings.

Well done for working so hard Class 5! I am very proud of you and I hope you have a lovely weekend!

I agree with Amarissa. That lesson was very fun but my favourite part was listening to what everyone else had written for their settings. I think that everyone had lots of fun.

  5. It was really fun. Hearing and reading out the work we had done, was amazing! It really unleashes your imagination and thanks to the description of others work and my work, I really want to go to an abandoned forest to explore!
That lesson was loads of magic from Miss Lee.
I will give Miss Lee (best teacher) loads of…
