It was lovely to welcome everybody back after the Summer holiday and we have had a great first two days back at school.
On Thursday, we started our new History topic of World War II. We talked about what we already knew about war and then began learning about the Blitz. We had great fun creating silhouette artworks depicting London during the Blitz.
On Friday, we focussed on values and virtues and using what we learnt to share ideas to create our class charter.
We also learned more about the vocations of the Saints our houses are named after and reflected on how they can inspire us in our own lives.
